Curriculum

Curriculum

We're impressed with our curriculum, now it's your turn! We hope to engage your child's sense of identity by capturing his/her imagination and attention. So, we put a lot of effort into providing our students with substantive lessons and a positive atmosphere.

The lessons are multi-sensory and hands-on, ensuring that the students truly experience what they are being taught. The lessons are structured with discussion-starters, to create a lively, interactive classroom experience. The information truly becomes the student's own.

Feel free to contact me for more information about each of these curriculum.

Build a Jewish Home: Our youngest students will discover what makes a home "Jewish." Fun take-home assignments will contribute to your family's increased awareness of Jewish rituals and traditions.

Jewish Heroes: Each week, biblical or modern "Jewish heroes" are featured on collectible cards. Students will learn about each hero, developing a greater understanding of Jewish history, and absorbing positive Jewish values.

Jewish Lifecycles: Our oldest division will work on exploring the milestones of a Jewish lifecycle, and the importance and meaning of the rituals attached to each one. Students will develop a greater appreciation and connection to the steps we take each day to establish our Jewish identity and connection.

In addition to these topics, your child will have the opportunity to use the acclaimed "Aleph Champ" Hebrew reading system, which utilizes karate-themed color levels to inspire students towards growth and to track their learning.

Be prepared to watch your children grow and learn!
